The team at Norma Stone Beauty are looking forward to welcoming you back into the salon. It’s important to us that you feel safe coming to the salon and you thoroughly enjoy your salon experience. We would like to inform you of what to expect when you come to the salon so feel relaxed, prepared and confident you have chosen to come to our salon. We are allowing more time between appointments to deeply clean and disinfect each treatment room after use. Our client and staff safety are our number one priority so you can rest assured when you visit us that you are in clean hands. 


1. We kindly ask you fill out your covid-19 screening form At least 24hours prior to coming to your appointment. This is necessary to keep all our clients and staff as safe as possible given the close contact of our services. 

2. Our therapists will be wearing a face mask and a face shield during your treatment to give you as much protection as possible. We kindly ask you please also wear a face mask on arrival to the salon and during your treatment where possible. We understand some treatments won’t allow for this so don’t worry.

3. Our salon will be appointment only until further notice. We encourage you to phone the salon and book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment. 

4. Please wait outside in the hallway or in your car until you are called in for your appointment. Our little seating area is closed to allow for safe social distancing. 

5. Your therapist will greet you at the door, take your temperature, ask you to sanitise your hands and bring you directly to the treatment room. 

6. We kindly ask you come to your appointment alone. No children please. Of course an elderly  client needing assistance from a relative/helper Is exception to this rule. Please note there is no waiting area for the helper so we will phone you once the client is finished their treatment. 

7. If you would like reading material during your treatment please bring this with you as we can no longer safely provide magazines. 

8. If you would like a drink during your treatment we kindly ask you bring a bottle of water or a coffee etc...we can no longer safely provide beverages. 

9. We will be really excited to see you and we hope you are looking forward to seeing us. As much as we would love to give you a big hug and welcome you back, we are unable to do so. We also cannot shake your hand but we will still greet you with a happy verbal welcome. 

10. We will be taking deposits to secure your appointment. Appointments under €20 will be asked to pay in full at least 48 hours prior to arrival. A deposit of €15 secures a bigger appointment. You may cancel or change your appointment without loosing your deposit with 24hours notice. We are unable to refund your deposit if you do not show up or do not cancel your appointment on time. 

11. We will not be able to safely offer every treatment so we have a revised menu available. We hope you will understand the need to increase our prices to cover the huge cost of all the safety measures and precautions we have put in place. 

12. Products and Gift vouchers are available to purchase from the salon and from our online shop with the option of collection from the salon or we can post them out to you.
